Guarantee the right to decent housing!To solve the housing crisis, the SEP calls for an emergency program to construct high-quality, low-cost public housing with ready access to proper transport, shopping, entertainment and sporting facilities. Rents should be lowered so no family is forced to pay more than 15 percent of their income on housing. Vacant homes should be made available to the homeless. |
